Adults & Children:

Functional Wellness Initial Visit (75 minutes) — $375
Functional Wellness Follow-up (45 minutes) — $195

     Acupuncture / Sound Healing + Consultation Initial Visit (75 minutes) — $375
Acupuncture / Sound Healing Follow-up (45 minutes) — $195

Extended Follow-up sessions (65 minutes) for any of the above modalities may be needed at certain times and is $285.

Phone consultation with Dr. Alyse to see if AAT, Acupuncture and/or Sound Healing may benefit you (15 minutes) — no charge (please schedule Holistic Discovery Call under appointments).

Payments

Payment for services rendered is due in full at the conclusion of each visit. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

By scheduling an appointment, you have reserved my time for your care. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours’ notice so that that appointment time can be made available for another patient. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged for the full appointment. As a mother of two children, occasionally I might need to cancel an appointment within a 24-hour window due to illness or an emergency. If I cannot keep an appointment and need to cancel with short notice, I will apply a $50 credit towards your next treatment.
